Employer description
Job Description
Operates as the Scrum Master, leading cross-functional, digital product teams to deliver high-impact web and content solutions within a Product-Oriented Delivery (POD) model. Acts as a facilitative leader and coach, guiding the Content POD from ideation through content design, development, and publishing. Has ongoing accountability for optimizing team velocity, facilitating agile ceremonies, managing content dependencies, and removing roadblocks to ensure seamless delivery. Collaborates closely with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, content creators, and developers to continuously improve our agile digital delivery methodology.
Key Responsibilities & Level of Expertise
- Agile Facilitation & Delivery: Leads and coaches the Content POD in Scrum or hybrid agile frameworks. Facilitates sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives tailored to content lifecycle cadences.
- Operational Independence: Plans, coordinates, and prioritizes team workflows and resources with minimal direction. Expected to operate independently, managing complex cross-functional dependencies across creative, technical, and marketing teams.
- Continuous Improvement: Oversees, evaluates, and refines processes within the Content POD. Actively contributes to the evolution of our Product-Oriented Delivery (POD) playbook, modifying methods to optimize digital publishing workflows.
- Problem Solving & Roadblock Removal: Uses extensive agile knowledge to solve complex delivery issues, proactively identifying and mitigating bottlenecks unique to content production (such as translation, legal compliance, design sign-offs, and development releases).
- Influence & Thought Leadership: Demonstrates strong thought leadership, serving as a go-to agile resource internally. Mentors team members, champions agile best practices, and aligns stakeholders (both creative and technical) on delivery goals.

- Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of managing expectations with business stakeholders and Product Owners.
