Instructional Designer

Responsibilities

• Audit and curate our catalog of learning resources
• Oversee the maintenance and addition of the tools in our tech stack used for educational purposes
• Build courses and scalable training resources based on key learning objectives
• Measure learner outcomes on an ongoing basis in order to iterate and optimize our education strategy
