Accounting Manager

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team and lead the accounting function in Thailand.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full accounting cycle, including month-end/year-end closing and financial reporting
• Ensure accurate and timely tax filing and compliance (VAT, WHT, CIT, etc.)
• Review accounting transactions and work prepared by the accounting team
• Lead, coach, and review the performance of team members
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage the audit process
• Liaise with Revenue Department / tax authorities on accounting and tax matters
• Ensure compliance with Thai accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
• Work closely with Finance and other departments on accounting-related matters

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPD required
• 8–10 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with management or team-lead experience
• Strong experience in full-set accounting, month-end closing, financial reporting, and tax compliance
• Good knowledge of Thai accounting and tax regulations
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with auditors and tax authorities
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
