WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Field calls from customers, technicians, and sales representatives and perform timely follow-up and response on all service requests.
• Assist with warranty/ exchange tracking and reconciliation.
• Assist with parts requests and order.
• Assist with preparation and distribution of various service reports.
• Interface with vendors for parts pricing and delivery.
• Participate in special projects and performs other duties as required.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 1 to 2 years’ experience in inventory control, parts and/or service related role
• Superior customer service skills
• Technical proficiency, Microsoft office, inventory or service software is an asset

Compensation: The posted range for this position is $45,000-$54,000 annually.
