Curious to know how things work in one of the largest FMCG players? Do you want to experience how the first months at P&G look like? This is possible in 1 day during our P&G Masterclass event!

Through our interactive program, you will become familiar with Procter & Gamble, the people working there, the culture and the job/internship opportunities that P&G offers in many functions such as Brand Management, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain.

You will meet P&G employees who will answer all your questions and tell you why they chose to join Procter & Gamble. Through this event you will have an introduction on different functions and career paths at P&G and with a team of other applicants you will participate in an interactive challenge.

Finally, at the end of the day, you will have the opportunity to have more informal conversations during an amazing dinner with our colleagues and ask all the questions you still have.

Please note that the event will take place for a full day at our Brussels Office from 08:00 AM until 23:00. More detailed information on the day itself and the logistics will be shared once you received your confirmation to participate in the event.

Job Qualifications

The steps you will need to take for this are:

Step 1 – Application

Apply directly to this posting and let us know your area of interest (Brand, Sales, Finance, or Supply Chain). We fully understand you might still consider more than one department, so please select your priority at this stage.

Step 2 – Assessment

Once the application is complete, you will be invited to pass our online assessments consisting of 2 parts: Peak Performance Assessment and Interactive Assessment. More details on the online assessments are available here.

Step 3 – Initial Interview

If successful, you will be invited for a first video interview with one of our P&G colleagues.

Step 4 – Confirmation of event attendees:

Based on the outcome of your first interview and the number of places available, we will confirm whether you have been selected to attend and share the full event details with you.

Please note that second or final interviews will take place after the event.
