・お客様からの注⽂受付および受注処理

・納期確認や出荷⼿配などのオーダー管理

・お客様からの問い合わせ対応

・営業・物流・⽣産・経理部⾨との連携

・納期遵守に向けた進捗管理・課題解決

・受注データや売上データの管理・レポート作成

・SAPを使⽤した受注管理業務

・⽇常業務にとどまらず⾃分で改善業務をしていきたい⽅

・⾃分の裁量で仕事を進めたい⽅

・マルチタスクが得意な⽅

・さまざまな部⾨の⼈たちと、うまく調整しながら仕事をするのが得意な⽅ 求める経験・スキル

◆必須スキル・経験

・短⼤または⼤卒以上

・カスタマーサービス、受発注、貿易事務等の経験

・業務で英語を使⽤することに抵抗がない⽅
