The company values collaboration, accountability, and innovation, empowering its project leaders with the resources and autonomy needed to successfully manage complex developments from pre-construction through completion.
About the Position

- Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract administration, performance management, and coordination.
- Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations and funding requirements, including LIHTC, HUD, prevailing wage, and related programs when applicable.
- Serve as the primary liaison between development teams, architects, engineers, municipal officials, consultants, and field superintendents.
- Monitor project quality, safety, documentation, and overall performance throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status updates, financial reports, and risk assessments to leadership.

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, Sage, or similar platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing affordable housing developments.
- Familiarity with LIHTC, HUD, prevailing wage, and other affordable housing compliance requirements.
- Experience working within an integrated developer-builder environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
Benefits
- Competitive base salary of $131,000–$181,000.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Retirement savings plan with employer contribution opportunities.
- Paid time off and company-recognized holidays.
