At GXO, we’re constantly looking for talented individuals at all levels who can deliver the caliber of service our company requires. You know that a positive work environment creates happy employees, which boosts productivity and dedication. On our team, you’ll have the support to excel at work and the resources to build a career you can be proud of.

At GXO Logistics, we're constantly looking for ways to improve, enhance, and adapt in an ever-changing marketplace. As the Director, Product Management – Operational AI, you will lead the Warehouse AI Product Management organization and be responsible for defining, governing, and scaling GXO's portfolio of AI-powered warehouse optimization products. You will own product vision, portfolio strategy, roadmap prioritization, Product Board governance, and value realization across the Warehouse AI portfolio, ensuring solutions deliver measurable operational and financial outcomes across GXO's global warehouse network. You will work across Operations, Data Science, Engineering, Deployment, Commercial, and regional leadership teams to align stakeholders around a common product strategy and roadmap.

Pay, benefits and more.

We are eager to attract the best, so we offer competitive compensation and a generous benefits package, including full health insurance (medical, dental and vision), 401(k), life insurance, disability and the opportunity to participate in a company incentive plan.

What you'll do on a typical day

  • Chair the Warehouse AI Product Board and own portfolio governance, prioritization methodologies, roadmap decisions, investment recommendations, and product lifecycle management.
  • Establish and maintain the Product Management operating model, including product discovery, requirements management, roadmap planning, release governance, stakeholder reviews, adoption measurement, and portfolio reporting.
  • Lead the development of business cases, product requirements, success metrics, release plans, and value realization strategies for new capabilities, product enhancements, and strategic investments.
  • Own the Warehouse AI value realization framework, ensuring products deliver measurable productivity gains, cost savings, operational improvements, adoption outcomes, customer value, and return on investment.
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing Product Management team focused on Operational AI solutions.
  • Partner closely with Data Science and Engineering teams to ensure product strategy, AI/ML capabilities, technical delivery, and business objectives remain aligned.
  • Collaborate with deployment teams and regional operations leaders to drive adoption from pilot through enterprise-scale implementation while balancing regional business needs with global standardization objectives.
  • Ensure products are designed as scalable, repeatable capabilities that can be deployed consistently across GXO's global warehouse network while appropriately addressing local operational requirements.
  • Lead executive-level prioritization discussions and facilitate strategic trade-off decisions across Operations, Technology, Commercial, and regional stakeholders.
  • Translate operational challenges into scalable product capabilities and communicate complex AI/ML concepts, product strategies, and business outcomes to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Partner with Commercial and Solutions Design teams to articulate product value, support customer engagements, develop business cases, and ensure Warehouse AI capabilities are effectively incorporated into customer solutions and growth strategies.
  • Provide product leadership and strategic input into technology partnerships, third-party solutions, and ecosystem opportunities that strengthen and expand the Warehouse AI portfolio.
  • Support customer-facing teams with product value propositions, business cases, deployment success stories, and Warehouse AI solution messaging.
  • Travel up to 10-20% as required.
