Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Test Development Engineer to lead the design and deployment of automated test solutions for RF and mixed-signal products across the New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle. This role bridges software and systems engineering with deep RF test expertise to deliver scalable, maintainable, production-ready test systems. You will play a key role in defining best practices within a worldwide test development organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of automated test solutions using TestStand and C# on PXI-based ATE.
- Drive RF test development, system integration, and complex hardware/software debugging.
- Provide design-for-test (DFT) feedback to engineering teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
- Drive continuous improvement in software and test architectures, fostering framework re-use and reliability.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: BS or MS in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Computer Engineering.
- Experience: 8+ years in automated test development.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in C# and TestStand.
- Deep knowledge of RF measurements.
- Demonstrated ability to debug complex hardware and software systems.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is USD 121,900.00 To USD 195,000.00
