Mon – Thurs, 6:00am – 4:30pm

What You Will Do:

As a Manufacturing Production Lead I, you will support daily operations within Final Processing by coordinating production activities, helping teams achieve performance goals, and fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. You will serve as a key resource on the production floor, ensuring priorities are aligned and issues are addressed quickly to support customer needs.

  • Coordinate staffing and workflow assignments to support hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
  • Monitor production performance and adjust resources as needed to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Supply Planning to prioritize orders and support customer demand requirements.
  • Identify and escalate equipment, quality, and process issues that may impact operational performance.
  • Partner with Engineering and Quality teams to maintain and improve work instructions, packaging standards, and manufacturing processes.
  • Support investigations and resolution of nonconformances and quality-related initiatives.
  • Lead daily management activities, communicate production results, and help drive problem-solving efforts.
  • Train and support team members while promoting safety, quality, accountability, and teamwork.
  • Facilitate effective shift handoffs and communication between production teams.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and operational excellence.

What you will need

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
  • Experience following work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), or regulated manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and support a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Preferred:

  • Associate degree preferred.
  • Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment (FDA, FAA, ISO, or similar).
  • Prior experience leading production teams, coordinating workflow, or supporting daily production operations.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions as required.
  • Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment and machinery.
  • Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses and steel-toe footwear in designated areas.
  • Ability to work in controlled manufacturing environments requiring adherence to gowning, hygiene, and contamination-control procedures.

$32.10/hr + bonus potential and benefits.
