• Responsible for the closure of sales leads, including actively working on walk-in leads to maximize conversion rates.
• Support Branch Managers in driving the life insurance business and achieving sales targets.
• Share in-depth knowledge about life insurance products with bank staff to enhance their ability to generate leads.
• Provide detailed data and insights on various sales parameters related to life insurance to Branch Managers for strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with the bank’s sales and service team to address customer-related inquiries and effectively service claims.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with prospects and existing clients to foster trust and encourage repeat business.
• Actively participate in all joint promotional activities organized by the bank and the insurance company to boost visibility and engagement.
