Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Champion Service Excellence: Guide the performance of Long-Term Service Agreements and transactional contracts, ensuring we deliver value that aligns with customer needs.

- Ensure Stewardship: Oversee project deliverables, contract administration, and financial performance against agreed KPIs, maintaining high standards of transparency and trust.
Required Qualifications

- Proven ability to build consensus and influence within highly matrixed, fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites across Australia. We support flexible working arrangements to help you balance on-site requirements with your personal commitments.
