Job Description
As a Senior Project Manager, this role leads complex, multi-channel delivery across several concurrent initiatives. It balances strategic execution, financial stewardship, and strong partnership-building to ensure work is delivered with clarity, quality, and confidence. The Senior PM brings thoughtful leadership, operational excellence, and a proactive approach to supporting both teams and clients.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead project delivery across multiple initiatives, managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality.
- Oversee $1.75M–$3M in revenue across AOR/DAOR and multi-channel digital work.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, fostering trusted and transparent partnerships.
- Lead financial processes including estimates, SOWs, reconciliations, and profitability tracking.
- Coach and support PMs and Coordinators while driving continuous improvement in delivery practices.

Required:

Additional Information
This posting is for a newly created role at Klick.
The base salary range for this position is between CAD $90,000 - $110,000. The final amount offered will be determined based on several factors such as a candidate's work location, their unique skill set, education, and prior work experience.
