Primary Location: Neosho, MO

Wage: $17.00/HR

Available Schedules: 24 Hours Per Week

• 1400 - 2200

The Flex Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Answering phones and learning how to use the Vision phone.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct long distance foot patrols of the property which include stairs (long distance patrols can be split up) and Setting for long periods of time.
• Access control duties - checking in trucks, monitor entrances / exits, and check employees, visitors, and trucks entering / leaving.
• Monitor security cameras and alarm systems.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, or disturbances.
• Contact police, fire department, or management when necessary
• Prevent theft, unauthorized access, and property damage.
• Enforce warehouse security rules and procedures.
• Inspect vehicles and deliveries when required.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
