Home Improvement company is currently looking for experienced and self-motivated electricians to add to its team of professionals!
This is an independent contractor position that requires you to have your own tools and vehicle necessary to complete jobs.
There are a few requirements:
- Must have 5+ years experience (RESIDENTIAL);
- Must have own tools and truck;
- Must have perfect customer service and sales skills.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Inspect and test components of electrical systems, including transformers, transfer switches, and switch gears
- Install, maintain, modify and repair all electrical distribution systems and associated electrical equipment
- Capable of lifting and carrying a minimum of 50 pounds
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Able to work well on a team
- Creating blueprints
- Replacing older systems and troubleshooting
Compensation is based on experience and discussed during the interview. No base salary, only commission.
