Talent Acquisition Specialist (Bilingual English/Spanish)

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support high-volume recruiting efforts, partner with hiring managers, and help deliver an exceptional candidate experience while contributing to business growth.
What You'll Own
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume hiring needs.
- Execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, career fairs, and other recruiting channels.
- Identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates through proactive sourcing techniques.
- Screen resumes, applications, and other candidate materials to assess qualifications and fit.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and recruitment priorities.
- Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, hiring activity, and recruiting progress.
- Manage interview scheduling and coordinate candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
- Facilitate pre-employment activities, including background checks, assessments, and onboarding documentation.
- Prepare and extend job offers, communicating compensation, benefits, and employment terms to selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support recruitment campaigns and talent attraction initiatives to ensure corporate hiring objectives are achieved.
- Collaborate with staffing agencies and external recruiting partners when necessary to meet business demands.

What You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Equivalent combination of education and a minimum of four years of professional recruiting experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience.
- Experience supporting various business segaments included Technology, Finance, Marketing etc.
- Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
It's a Bonus if You Have
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions or business units.
- Experience supporting recruitment campaigns for large-scale hiring initiatives.
- Knowledge of employment practices and recruitment trends within Mexico and international markets.
- Experience leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools.
- Experience working in a shared services, BPO, or multinational environment.
