Job Description

-Deliver extraordinary end to end customer service while maintaining an impeccable professional and enthusiastic demeanor

  • Provide consultation and support throughout the booking process, including best fares and routing, international travel requirements, health restrictions and mandates, and other travel related information as appropriate Utilize creative thinking and problem-solving skills to identify the best options for air, rail, car, and hotel arrangements
  • Maintain a high focus on quality and attention to detail; proactively anticipate potential problems and take steps to mitigate them

-Follow company standards regarding utilization of tools, accuracy of work, attendance, and process workflow

-Work well under pressure, adapting quickly to change and adversity

-Go above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience with every interaction

Qualifications

  • Completed at least 2 years in college
  • Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience handling GDS Travel Operations
  • Must have experience using any GDS Tool (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, etc.)
  • Plus if experienced handling Corporate Travel Accounts
