Qualifications:

• 5 years experience in excavation construction

Technical Skills:

• You are able to manage and organize a crew and their work for daily success.
• You are able to understand job costing, coding, input productions, and hours worked.
• You have a clear understanding of workplace safety and are an advocate for quality work.
• You can plan work one week in advance and support superintendent objectives

Interpersonal Skills:

• Great attitude towards safety
• Strong leadership qualities and problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to excel in a team atmosphere
• Exceptional customer service
• Results-oriented
• Desire to grow within our organization
