This position offers an opportunity for high-potential leaders to bring their experience and skills to Signet. The goal is to introduce you to our Company and our culture while teaching you the Signet Selling System. In this role you will work as a jewelry consultant for up to 6 months in one of our locations while allowing you an opportunity to learn our products and services. This position is for external new hires only. By the end of the 6 month introduction period, the team member will need to be moved into a leadership position with little to no compensation adjustment or stepped down into a jewelry Consultant 1-3 role based on qualifications with the appropriate compensation adjustment.

Qualifications:

• Management experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse teams.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and a desire to pursue a managerial career path with Signet.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
