Compensation: Hourly ($32)

The Vosyn internship is unique. Remuneration is equivalent to $32.00 CAD per hour payable in common shares of the Corporation at the then fair market value. For greater clarity, NO cash in-hand (in hourly rate or salary) will be paid to the Intern. Instead, Vosyn being an AI start-up, the upside is in potential future value of said shares based on the hours worked, billed and approved.

About the Role: As a Product Marketing Specialist Intern at Vosyn, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our innovative products: VosynVerse, VosynCore, and VosynConnect. These cutting-edge solutions leverage advanced AI to revolutionize multilingual communication, deliver personalized experiences, and provide integrated business solutions.

In this role, you will contribute to developing go-to-market strategies, refining product positioning, and creating compelling content that highlights Vosyn's transformative impact on global connections. You will gain hands-on experience in product marketing, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic insights and directly influence the success and growth of Vosyn's solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to position Vosyn’s products effectively in the market.
• Develop messaging and value propositions for VosynVerse, VosynCore, and VosynConnect.
• Create engaging marketing materials to showcase Vosyn’s innovative solutions.
• Support go-to-market strategies and product launches with the Marketing team.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to optimize promotion of Vosyn’s products.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to align strategies with Vosyn’s brand vision.
• Gather customer feedback to refine messaging and enhance Vosyn’s market impact.

About You:

• Must hold or be pursuing a Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work collaboratively, and demonstrate creativity with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and project management tools like Trello or Asana.
• A passion for AI-driven solutions, innovation, and delivering impactful marketing strategies.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Recruitment Process:

2. Written Questionnaire: Selected candidates will receive a set of 10 written questions to assess their fit and technical knowledge..
3. Video Questionnaire: Candidates who successfully pass the written assessment will be asked to answer 10 additional questions to be submitted in a video format to further evaluate their skills and cultural fit. The ability to video record your answers will be required.
4. Evaluation: Our team will review the responses to both questionnaires. Candidates who meet our criteria will be invited to the next stage.
5. Orientation Session: Successful candidates will be invited to participate in an orientation session where they will learn more about Vosyn, our projects, and what to expect during the internship. After this session, you will be given the opportunity to opt-in if you believe that this internship is for you.
