Job Description:

The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales growth and business development initiatives for the Printer and Fleet Market Vertical across South India, based out of Bengaluru.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving sales and market penetration for the Printer and Fleet business segments across the assigned territory.
• Promoting and strengthening the Brand Experience concept among key stakeholders, including printers, converters for both Retail & Fleet segment.
• Understanding customer requirements and pain points through regular market engagement and business reviews.
• Analyzing market opportunities and developing innovative, customer-centric solutions to address evolving business needs.
• Expanding the customer base and strengthening channel partnerships to drive sustainable business growth.
• Identifying and developing new market segments and application opportunities.
• Developing, managing, and nurturing relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term business partnerships and customer satisfaction.
• Monitoring market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and maintain market leadership.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions and achieve business objectives.
