Roofing Project Manager

$90,000 – $110,000 a year - Office Full-time

Flynn Group of Companies is seeking a Roofing Project Manager to join our Mississauga branch. This opportunity is ideal for a project management professional with commercial roofing experience who is looking to grow their career with Canada's leading building envelope contractor.

A Day in the Life

• Manage commercial roofing projects from award through completion
• Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and labor targets
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Lead project kickoff, handoff, and closeout meetings
• Coordinate with Safety, Site Supervisors, and Foremen to ensure safe project execution
• Identify project risks and negotiate effective solutions
• Develop schedules of values and manage change orders
• Utilize internal systems, including PIL and PFP
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction
• Commercial roofing experience and knowledge of roofing systems, manufacturers and suppliers
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to review drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Experience with Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar software is considered an asset
• Valid G driver's license
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
