Tech II/Senior Tech/AE1

Job Responsible:

• Responsible for machine setup, operation, troubleshooting, and recovery of Die Attach and Wire Bond equipment.
• Responsible for performing routine maintenance, cleaning, and daily machine checks according to the maintenance schedule.
• Responsible for replacing and verifying machine parts, tooling, sensors, and consumables to ensure stable machine performance.
• Responsible for supporting equipment qualification, machine buy-off, and production line setup for new products and processes.
• Responsible for monitoring machine performance and responding promptly to alarms, breakdowns, and abnormal conditions to minimize downtime.
• Responsible for supporting equipment calibration, verification, and basic machine adjustments.
• Responsible for working closely with Process Engineers, Equipment Engineers, and Production personnel to resolve machine-related issues.
• Responsible for accurately recording maintenance activities, machine downtime, and repair history.
• Responsible for following SOP, EHS, and quality requirements during all maintenance activities.
• Responsible for supporting continuous improvement activities to improve machine uptime, reliability, and productivity.
• Responsible for performing any other duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 1–5 years of experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing, preferably in Die Attach, Wire Bond, or Front-of-Line equipment maintenance.
• Hands-on experience in machine troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and machine setup is preferred.
• Familiarity with ASM, Datacon, Yamaha, Wire Bond, or similar semiconductor equipment is an added advantage.
• Willing to work on a 12-hour shift rotation.
• Able to read and follow machine manuals, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and sensor systems.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills with a hands-on working attitude.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with knowledge of SPC, MES, or OPAC as an added advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team with good communication skills.
• Positive attitude, adaptable to a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and committed to continuous improvement.
