Our Global Supply Management team within Materials and Procurement takes charge of global supply planning for specific platforms and commodity areas. Focused on business goals and objectives, we take the lead in supplier selection, product delivery specifications and quality. We succeed through our ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with global internal and external supply chain partners.

What you’ll achieve:

As a Senior Advisor, you will analyze demand and supply signals, execute sourcing activities, and drive supplier performance improvements. You will coordinate RFx packages, evaluate bids, and recommend awards that balance cost, quality, and delivery. You will prepare dashboards and reports that inform leadership decisions and highlight risks and opportunities.

Responsibilities

You will:

• Prepare RFx documentation, conduct bid analyses, and recommend awards.
• Manage supplier scorecards and corrective action plans for quality and on-time delivery.
• Analyze forecasts, inventory, lead time, and capacity to recommend actions (expedite, reschedule, dual-source).
• Collaborate with logistics and manufacturing to resolve shortages and ensure build plans are met.

Essential Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience in a professional role or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience with sourcing processes, supplier performance management, and quality/delivery metrics.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP and Excel/BI tools; ability to translate data into actions.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and cross-functional priorities.

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Experience with contract management platforms and supplier risk frameworks.
