What you'll do:
As a Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable business insights. You will work across the full analytics lifecycle, partnering with business stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver scalable analytics and reporting solutions that support data-driven decision making across marketing, loyalty, merchandising, and promotional initiatives.
In this role, you will:
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements, translating business questions into scalable data and visualization solutions.
- Identify, source, and integrate data from multiple enterprise systems to support business intelligence and analytical initiatives.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated data pipelines and curated analytical datasets using SQL, Python/PySpark, and cloud-based analytics platforms.
- Leverage modern analytics technologies such as Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Power BI to build efficient, scalable, and maintainable reporting solutions.
- Design and develop robust data models, semantic models, and reporting datasets that enable trusted, high-performing self-service analytics.
- Apply data modeling best practices, including dimensional modeling, star schema design, fact and dimension structures, and measure governance to support enterprise reporting needs.
- Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and visualization solutions that provide meaningful insights to business users and leadership teams.
- Develop advanced DAX calculations, KPIs, performance metrics, custom tooltips, drill-through experiences, and other interactive reporting features to enhance analytical capabilities.
- Conduct analysis of campaign, customer, loyalty, sales, and promotional performance to identify trends, opportunities, and business drivers.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality by implementing validation processes, data governance standards, and reporting best practices.
- Communicate complex analytical findings through clear visualizations, presentations, and business-focused storytelling.
- Continuously improve reporting frameworks, data assets, and analytical processes through automation, optimization, and innovation.
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, marketing analytics, performance measurement, or a related field.
- Strong SQL skills with experience querying, transforming, and validating large datasets.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining Power BI solutions, including data modeling, DAX development, report design, and dashboard visualization.
- Strong understanding of dimensional modeling concepts, fact and dimension tables, star schema design, and semantic model development for Power BI.
- Experience developing automated data pipelines using Python, PySpark, SQL, or similar technologies.
- Experience working with cloud-based analytics and data engineering platforms.
- Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or similar modern analytics platforms is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Broadband Salary Range: $64,000 – $106,000. Our typical hiring range is between $64,000 and $90,000. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role.
