Employer description

We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter to create, organize and deliver enablement to Oracle Health and Life Sciences sellers. In this role, you will collaborate with sales and internal teams to create and deliver enablement across a variety of vehicles including: Zoom Webinars, Web-Based Trainings, Communications, Technical Job Aids, Sales Meetings, and SharePoint.

Key aspects of this role include developing and facilitating enablement sessions on sales systems/tooling and processes changes and best practices to bolster deal hygiene and deal velocity. This role will also support enablement across Health and Life Sciences' vast product portfolio. In this role you will collaborate with our global sales and internal teams to determine enablement needs and develop content. You will also maintain our Oracle Health and Life Sciences Enablement site - creating pages and content to help convey complex actions and steps to sales. Additionally, you will create and distribute communications to sellers across a variety of topics - helping to keep them informed.

The ideal candidate is passionate about enablement, program management, change leadership, process optimization, engagement analytics, and strategic execution. Successful candidates look for enablement needs or areas where enablement can help sellers execute pipeline and close deals. We are looking for a self-starter who can identify challenges, execute enablement plans, and manage program value analytics.

Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education/Enablement, Communications or a related fields.
  • 6-8 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience leading enterprise enablement, program management, business operations, or change-management initiatives; Oracle Health knowledge and experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven work experience in Sales Enablement, Business Operations, and experience working directly with sellers.
  • Successful track record of improving sales performance.
  • Experience translating technical and operational detail into field-ready enablement.
  • Proven robust project managing skills: Planning, coordinating and keeping multiple enablement tasks and projects on track; orchestrating and working with cross-functional stakeholders in different time zones.
  • Great problem-solving skills and easily navigating complexity and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated collaboration skills that require influencing peers and leaders to embrace best practices and align goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for training, coaching, executive updates and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience developing and managing SharePoint sites.
  • Strong skills in creating communications templates, including email, newsletter, and announcement formats, tailored for internal audiences.
  • Proficiency in designing visually compelling and brand-consistent presentation templates for internal use.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively across different channels and stakeholder groups.
  • Attention to detail and a high standard for written, visual, and digital communications.
  • Creative and strategic thinking abilities to design innovative enablement plans.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, in a fast-paced environment, manage changing priorities, convey complex ideas effectively, and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $91,400 to $187,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
