Manufacturing - XT Module Assembly Engineer

Introduction to the job

• ASML’s XT platform represents one of the most advanced lithography systems in the semiconductor industry, designed to deliver high productivity, exceptional stability, and reliable performance for volume manufacturing.
• The New Taipei Campus plans to introduce a new production line for XT module assembly to support ASML's future growth and success. We are looking to recruit talented individuals to help drive ASML's achievements

Role and responsibilities

• Assemble XT module and parts meeting internal and external customer expectation on quality and delivery in an ergo friendly environment.
• Following the technical drawing and procedures to assemble and adjust module and parts.
• Improve current process flow and product output quality when experienced.

Education and experience

• Science / Engineering bachelor/master degree
• Assembler : None is acceptable, 3 years working experience as plus.

Skills

• Repeating by implementing learning from previous issues
• Shows capability to assemble /repair things like bicycle, LEGO(complex), motor mechanics...etc.
• Shows responsibility for the results in his/her part of the competence or process
• Shows quality mindset on finished products
• Is able and flexible to adapt production changes
• Is able to prevent technical disturbances from repeating by implementing learning from previous issues
• Is able to think and act within general policies across department levels

• Language : Good in English

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
