Job Description
In this role, you will support project management activities, working closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative and operational support to Project Managers and the wider Project Management Office team
- Managing and enhancing project management tools, systems, and processes to improve efficiency and collaboration
- Tracking and coordinating clinical trial agreement activities with internal stakeholders to support timely project delivery
- Coordinating training initiatives and supporting the development of training materials and resources
- Maintaining project management systems, supporting project setup activities, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- College/University Degree
- Fluent proficiency in English
- Work experience in clinical research
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience working with clinical trial management, and document management systems
- Strong in attention to detail and self-organization skills
- Strong collaboration skills and passion about supporting people around you with minor requests and bigger projects
- Competency with procedural documentation and technical solutions
