Start/End Date: 2026-2027 School Year

Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm + some out of school time responsibilities

Compensation: $52,000-$60,000

Summary of Role

Curriculum & Instruction

  • Preparing and facilitating lessons in absent-teacher classrooms across subjects and grade-levels using Classical’s scripted curriculum
  • Maintaining high behavioral expectations, sustaining established classroom systems, and executing schoolwide procedures and routines
  • Engaging with scholars and staff across a range of grade-levels
  • Being consistently reliable and present; communicating effectively; demonstrating flexibility and responding productively to in-the-moment changes

Qualifications

  • An undergraduate degree from a 4-year college or university
  • Have experience teaching at a high-performing charter school (preferred)
  • Visible alignment to Classical’s mission and approach
  • Exhibit excellent work ethic and organizational skills
