Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in multiple modules like Core HR, Payroll and OTL, etc., to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules while designing and optimizing business workflows using BPM tools.
You won’t just be building - you’ll be collaborating with business and technical teams to design scalable Oracle HCM solutions across multiple functional areas. If you thrive in roles that balance clean architecture with hands-on technical execution, this is your lane.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement and support Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, and Talent Management.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud configurations and BPM workflows.
- Design, configure, and maintain BPM workflows to streamline HR processes and approvals.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom solutions and reports.
- Perform system testing, data validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot functional issues.
- Maintain documentation including functional specs, process flows, and user guides.
Minimum and/or Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Human Resources, or related field.
- Proven experience with Oracle BPM workflow configuration.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Certifications and Skills:
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
- Deep understanding and hands on experience in Oracle HCM approval configurations.
- Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
Experience:
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
