What are we looking for? ​

We are looking for a proactive Training Executive to support the onboarding and development of our Distribution channels. The role involves delivering basic training modules, supporting new recruits with regulatory exams and licensing, maintaining accurate training data, and driving new agent activation through effective monitoring and reporting. You will also manage LMS activities, maintain training master data, prepare reports, and support other initiatives that contribute to our business KPIs.

What are we expecting from this role?

  • Coordinate and support new agent onboarding and training delivery, including classroom, virtual, and blended learning.
  • Prepare training materials, schedules, logistics, and learning resources, and follow up on incomplete, absent, and replacement participants.
  • Manage LMS activities, training records, master data, and reporting to ensure accurate and timely information.
  • Gather feedback and support training needs analysis and continuous improvement of training content and learner experience.
  • Monitor training outcomes and drive training effectiveness through data, insights, and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure training aligns with business and regulatory requirements.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Good command of Burmese and English, both written and spoken
