Remote Client Support Representative

We are seeking a full-time Remote Client Support Representative to join our team. Your responsibilities include handling support tickets, troubleshooting client concerns, offering solutions, and maintaining professional communication with clients across various channels.

• Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients
• Experience in Troubleshooting and resolving client issues in a timely manner
• Ability to provide friendly customer support and solutions-driven service
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use customer support tools and platforms
• Prior experience in the travel industry or related roles is an advantage but not required.
