We’re looking for an experienced HVAC installer (independent contractor) for mini split installations only.

What we offer:

• 2 clients per day
• Installation only — no diagnostics, no sales
• Equipment is already on site
• All paperwork is completed
• Steady work

Your responsibility:

• Complete the mini split installation
• Take before & after photos with geo-location
• That’s it — no extra steps

Compensation:

• fixed price per client
• Additional materials are paid separately if needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience with mini split installations
• Own vehicle (must be able to travel to customers)
• Independent contractor
• Reliable and professional
