Electrical Project Executive

Provide executive direction for large electrical construction efforts, guiding strategy and execution through successful delivery. Take ownership of client partnerships and financial outcomes while helping project teams perform effectively.

What you will do

• Set priorities and provide senior-level oversight across major electrical projects.
• Guide project management teams, site superintendents, and field supervisors.
• Build strong client partnerships and keep project expectations aligned.
• Evaluate project budgets, timelines, potential risks, and overall performance.
• Shape execution plans, support purchasing activities, and coordinate planning with specialty trade partners.
• Promote safe working practices, high-quality results, and consistent operational improvement.

What you bring

• At least a decade of experience leading electrical construction work.
• Experience on major projects involving data centers, industrial facilities, mission-critical environments, or manufacturing operations.
• The ability to lead teams confidently and communicate clearly.
• Licensing needs and requirements set by the applicable jurisdiction will be verified during screening.

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Pay: $185,000 to $300,000 per year
