Customer Services Executive with Polish

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a customer-oriented colleague with Polish language to support the internal sales team by processing orders and preparing sales quotations.

Key responsibilities:

• Daily processing of customer orders, including electronic data entry into the system.
• Preparation and processing of price quotations.
• Supporting all aspects of sales activities to achieve team and company goals.
• Efficient planning and prioritization of tasks to ensure deadlines and SLAs are met.
• Handling customer inquiries in a professional and proactive manner, focusing on prompt resolution.
• Building and fostering close collaboration with the internal sales team.
• Timely escalation of issues and non-standard situations to the Sales Operations Team Leader or Manager.

Requirements:

• Written English and Polish proficiency.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A process-oriented and systematic approach to work.
• Focus on results and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively manage time and set priorities.
• Good numerical literacy.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal partners.
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
