## Department Overview

At Motorola Solutions, our technologies support public safety agencies and enterprises worldwide. When a crisis hits, our ASTRO 25 communication network is the mission-critical lifeline that first responders rely on. We are looking for an engineer to help us build the computing platforms that keep those systems running.

## Job Description

The successful candidate will join our Transport team responsible for preparing and maintaining IP network configurations for a large-scale telecommunications system. We work closely with networking equipment vendors, including HPE, Juniper, and Fortinet.

## Basic Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in IT, Telecommunications, Electronics, Automation and Robotics, Physics, or a related field.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of networking protocols and concepts, including TCP/IP, multicast, routing (OSPF, BGP, PIM), firewalls (L3, L7), switching (STP), DNS, and PKI.
• Problem-Solving: An analytical mindset with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
• Communication: Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
• Core Attributes: Self-driven, detail-oriented, and highly motivated.
