Aegean Regional Sales Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Aegean Regional Sales Manager to lead sales activities, distributor development, and customer relationships within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve regional sales targets in line with company strategies and growth objectives.

Manage, develop, and expand the existing dealer/distributor network while identifying new business opportunities.

Conduct regular customer, dealer, and project site visits to identify market opportunities.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, providing actionable insights.

Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and engagement.

Set team objectives, drive execution plans, and report results to management.

Support product portfolio development by identifying regional market needs and opportunities.
