About the Role
As a Product Marketing Manager within the Residential business, you will support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for the agent segment. You will work closely with Product, Sales and Marketing teams to deliver compelling positioning, campaigns and launches that drive agent engagement and growth.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of go-to-market strategies for agent products and feature releases, including launch planning, timelines and performance tracking.
- Contribute to the development of clear, compelling value propositions and messaging that resonate with agent audiences and differentiate Domain in market.
- Partner cross functionally to develop and execute integrated campaigns, content and sales enablement materials across channels.
- Leverage customer, competitor and market insights (in partnership with research and analytics teams) to inform messaging, campaigns and product positioning.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Sales and broader Marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of go-to-market initiatives.
- Create tools, collateral and narratives that equip Sales teams to effectively communicate product value to agents.
- Monitor campaign and launch performance, identify insights, and optimise future activity.
About You
- Experience: 5 years in product marketing, B2B marketing, or related roles
- Product Collaboration: Experience working with Product teams on launches, positioning or feature releases
- Execution Focus: Proven ability to deliver campaigns, GTM initiatives or launches end-to-end
- Communication: Strong storytelling and communication skills across written, verbal and presentation formats
- Commercial Mindset: Ability to use data and insights to inform decisions and measure impact
- Collaboration: Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Preferred
- Experience in Real Estate, Tech, Media, Advertising or Software industries.
- Proven track record of successfully driving growth of a challenger brand.
