Employer description

Purpose of Position

Technology works best when people barely notice it. That's where you come in.

We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Technician to join our Global IT Support team and provide on-site support from our São Paulo office. Reporting to the IT Support Team Lead, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional technology services to employees both on-site and remotely across multiple countries.

In this role, you will troubleshoot technical issues, improve the end-user experience, and help maintain a secure, reliable, and efficient IT environment. Due to the hands-on nature of IT support, this role is primarily office-based and requires on-site presence. Flexibility is available in accordance with business requirements and local policies.

Please note: As this team is a global team and you'll be using English on a daily basis, to be fully considered, please submit your CV in English

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support and resolve common second-line issues, escalating more complex incidents to specialist teams where required within defined SLAs and ensuring a positive end-user experience.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and support laptops (Windows & macOS), mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and meeting room technology.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, by ensuring timely equipment preparation and collection.
  • Assist with IT asset tracking and inventory updates.

Nice to Have

  • Support Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other collaboration tools.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests using identity and access management tools.

Continuous Learning: Technology evolves quickly, and so do we. As part of this role, you may be encouraged or required to complete relevant technical training and certifications to enhance your skills and support our global IT environment. We are committed to supporting your professional development.

Skills & Expertise

  • Previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, or Desktop Support role, ideally within a multi-site or international environment is beneficial.
  • Troubleshooting skills across Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as common hardware and peripheral devices.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Experience using IT Service Management (ITSM) tools, preferably Jira to log, prioritize, and resolve support requests.

Our Offer

  • Flexi-Week: We prioritise your mental health and wellbeing by offering you a four-day Flexi-Week (with one lighter or completely disconnected day per week) at full pay, with no reduction to your annual holiday allowance.
  • Flexi-Office: We offer an international culture and flexibility through our hybrid working model, designed to foster collaboration, trust, and autonomy.
  • Work Expense Contribution & Remote Working Furniture: You will receive a monthly allowance to cover part of your running costs, as well as a furniture package to support you in setting up a comfortable workspace at home.
  • Meal Vouchers: we offer you meal vouchers for lunch
  • Public Transportation: you are entitled to a transportation voucher or card to commute to the office

In addition, you’ll benefit from our global offering, including health and wellbeing initiatives, learning and development via Awin Academy, and peer-to-peer recognition programmes.
