What you will do
- Internal Process Alignment: Act as the central point of contact to translate internal organizational guidelines into clear, actionable SOPs for teams like Treasury, Finance, and Operations (e.g., specifying how financial flows and user records must be logged).
- Cross-Departmental Guidance & Patient Communication: Work closely with department leads to explain "what needs to be done and what cannot be done." Guide teams on proper data recording procedures with exceptional patience and clarity.
- Data & System Requirement Mapping: Collaborate with Data Engineering and IT teams to define precise data structure requirements—ensuring correct logging fields, system snapshots, and data retention rules are built into our systems.
- Progress Tracking & Verification: Monitor implementation progress across teams, conduct routine checks to ensure guidelines are consistently followed, and maintain organized documentation for periodic internal reviews.
- Continuous Workflow Optimization: Identify process gaps where ownership is unclear, negotiate practical solutions across teams, and refine internal frameworks as business operations evolve.

- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Project Management, Business Process Consulting, Operational Audit, or Strategy Execution (experience from Big 4 firms or corporate advisory background is highly preferred).
- Data & Process Acumen: Comfortable working with data structures, operational logs, and financial record-keeping concepts. Ability to bridge the gap between business processes and technical/data teams.
- Exceptional EQ & Soft Skills: Highly polite, articulate, and diplomatic. Demonstrated ability to collaborate smoothly with diverse teams, manage cross-departmental friction, and drive results with patience and tact.
- Execution & Ownership Mindset: Pragmatic and detail-oriented. Strong drive to see projects through to completion in a fast-paced environment.

About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a highly organized, patient, and collaborative Project Manager / Consultant to join our team in Singapore. This is an internal-facing role focused on operational execution, data alignment, and process management.
In this position, you will act as the crucial bridge between key internal departments (such as Treasury, Finance, Data Engineering, and Operations) and our organizational governance framework. Your primary objective is to make sure every department understands internal operating requirements, adheres to required recording standards, and maintains audit-ready data logs.
