Local Class A CDL Tractor Trailer Driver - Dedicated Fleet Driver

We're hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a local dedicated account in the Columbus / West Jefferson, OH area.

Drivers operate established local routes with dispatch times between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM, returning home after each shift. If you're looking for consistent dedicated freight without an overnight or OTR schedule, this is a strong local option.

YOUR ROUTES

This is a local dedicated operation with drivers completing round-trip deliveries from the distribution area.

Typical routes are approximately 200–450 miles round trip, allowing drivers to return home daily while still getting consistent mileage.

You'll haul established dedicated freight rather than running a traditional OTR network.

SCHEDULE

Drivers work a 6-day schedule with daily home time.

One of the biggest advantages of this account is the daytime dispatch window:

9:00 AM–12:00 PM

Drivers should be available for the full required weekly schedule.

COMPENSATION

Drivers average approximately $1,500 per week, with top performers earning approximately $1,900 per week.

Compensation includes mileage pay with additional bonus opportunities.

Actual earnings vary based on miles, routes, schedule, performance, and other applicable compensation factors.

EQUIPMENT

Drivers operate automatic-transmission tractors with well-maintained fleet equipment.

Trucks remain at the facility and cannot be taken home, so drivers must have reliable transportation for their daily commute.

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must:

• Hold a valid Class A CDL
• Have at least 3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• Must live within 50 miles of Columbus, OH
• Be available for a 6-day workweek
• Have reliable transportation to and from the facility
• Meet applicable DOT qualification requirements
• Be authorized to work in the United States
