Responsabilitati:

• Contribuie activ la mentinerea si imbunatatirea relatiilor de colaborare cu toti clientii alocati conform procedurilor in vigoare
• Promoveaza produsele si serviciile comercializate de companie prin vanzarea telefonica
• Asigura suportul, in relatie de colaborare cu Reprezentantul Vanzari Farmacii, in incasarea creantelor de la clientii alocati
• Intocmeste comenzile pentru clienti, in concordanta cu conditiile comerciale negociate(discount, termen de plata, etc), respectand totodata standardele impuse de companie
• Respecta planificarea privind contactarea telefonica a clientilor si ofera solutii specifice nevoilor lor
• Rezolva reclamatiile si realizeaza retururile
• Intocmeste rapoartesolicitate de catre superiori
