The purpose of this role is to provide digital Planning solution to Client, taking responsibility for all planning tasks within the team to ensure campaigns run smoothly and to plan.

Job Description:

Core Responsibilities

  • Media Strategy & Omnichannel Planning: Design full-funnel digital media plans and execute large-scale campaigns across YouTube, Meta, Programmatic (DV360), OTT/CTV, and premium publisher partnerships.
  • Audience Insights & Analytics: Leverage tools like GWI, Comscore, and Similarweb to build audience personas, justify channel allocations, track KPIs, and drive continuous optimization.
  • Client Leadership & Presentation: Act as the primary strategic partner for clients, leading conversations, presenting annual/campaign plans, and delivering deep-dive Post-Campaign Analyses (PCAs).
  • Campaign & Publisher Management: Oversee campaign pacing, ad-ops coordination, publisher relationships to boost performance, and test-and-learn corporate projects.
  • Team Leadership & New Business: Mentor junior planners, evolve planning principles, and contribute strategic media solutions for new business pitches.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Core Competencies: Deep expertise in digital media planning, media math, reach & frequency principles, and advanced Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Platform Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of DV360, YouTube planning, Meta, and broader digital video/OTT ecosystems.
