Job Description

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and support the team while ensuring operational objectives and service standards are achieved.
• Coordinate workload and resources to maintain productivity, quality, and timely delivery.
• Monitor team performance and assist in resolving operational issues and escalations.
• Drive training, coaching, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen team capability and continuity.

Operations & Stakeholder Management

• Oversee day-to-day transactional finance operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support business requirements and issue resolution.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, controls, and service quality.
• Support system enhancements, process transformation initiatives, testing activities, and audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and internal control requirements.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Prepare and review operational reports, providing analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Conduct quality reviews and address process gaps, risks, and outstanding items.
• Monitor KPIs and service metrics, driving performance improvements and operational excellence.
• Identify trends and improvement opportunities, supporting sustainable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in AP, AR, or finance operations within a shared services, regional, or multinational environment.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Commodity trading or commercial industry experience preferred but not necessarily;
• 1+ year of team leadership experience (minimum 3 team members).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and process improvement initiatives is an advantage.
