Electrical Project Executive

Provide executive direction for large electrical construction projects, shaping strategy and taking responsibility for financial results and successful delivery. Guide project teams, strengthen client relationships, and turn project priorities into practical execution plans.

What you will do

• Set executive priorities and establish a clear approach to delivering electrical work.
• Direct superintendents, project managers, and field leaders throughout construction.
• Maintain client partnerships and align expectations around project outcomes.
• Assess budgets, schedules, potential risks, and progress against project goals.
• Support strategic decisions, procurement activities, and planning for outside trade partners.
• Promote safe work practices, uphold quality standards, and strengthen operational performance.

What you bring

• 10 or more years in leadership roles within electrical construction.
• Experience on major projects involving data centers, industrial facilities, manufacturing operations, or mission-critical environments.
• Strong team leadership abilities paired with clear, effective communication.
• Licensing obligations and jurisdictional requirements will be clarified during screening.

Location: Columbus, OH

Pay: $185,000 to $300,000 per year
