Where is the work:

On-Site (5 days)

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and actively develop new customers to expand portfolio of owner/ developer.
• Make proposals about HVAC solutions for both new and existing projects: Replacement, Retrofit, HVAC System upgrade, Energy Savings and Control solution.
• Prepare quotation, bidding document, contracting, negotiating, forecast, delivery and payment following.
• Work with sub-contractors about contracting cost, design, installation and installation schedule
• Liaise with internal departments to perform sales-related tasks smoothly and solve customer requirements.
• Penetrate market of installed bases of Trane and competitors to develop list of high chance projects, especially in industrial segment.
• Attend cadence meetings about Sales forecast,
• Prepare and submit periodic reports to Applied sales manager and management level
