As a Capital Stress Testing Program Management Associate in Capital Planning and Stress Testing, you will help coordinate the firm’s capital stress testing processes, governance routines, and control activities to support high-quality submissions and internal cycles. You will work closely with finance and risk partners to plan key milestones, monitor progress, and help resolve issues that could affect delivery. You will support effective forums and documentation so that we can operate with transparency, accountability, and strong risk management practices. You will also help us stay prepared for examinations and reviews by maintaining materials, tracking findings, and supporting timely responses.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with program management of the Firm's core processes, governance and controls related to capital stress testing exercises
- Support the planning and coordination of the Firm’s regulatory capital stress testing submissions and internal quarterly capital stress testing exercises
- Collaborate with stakeholders in the Line of Business Finance and Risk teams to ensure adherence to timelines and delivery of all capital planning and stress testing deliverables
- Prepare materials and take minutes for program governance meetings (e.g., Capital Stress Testing Program Management Working Group, Capital Stress Testing Leadership Forum, Capital Stress Testing Executive Steering Committee)
- Support the internal management and coordination of regulatory exams related to capital stress testing
- Assist with responses to regulatory, internal audit, and stakeholder questions
- Track the remediation of regulatory findings and firm-identified findings
- Update and maintain internal capital stress testing program training materials, policies/frameworks, procedures, and checklists
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 2 or more years of relevant financial services work experience
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization
- Strong leadership skills, problem solving skills, ability to influence outcomes, and push for resolution in complicated situations
- Highly resourceful, self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and desire to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 2 or more years in a program/project management or business management role
- Experience supporting capital planning or capital stress testing processes
- Experience preparing governance materials, documenting minutes, and tracking action items to completion
- Familiarity with regulatory examinations and audit engagement support (coordination, documentation, response tracking)
- Experience maintaining procedures, controls documentation, or training materials in a controlled environment
- Experience working with finance and risk stakeholders on cross-functional deliverables
- Experience using issue tracking or workflow tools to monitor milestones, risks, and remediation activities
