Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description & Summary

We’re seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team at PwC Lithuania. If you thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and are passionate about digital marketing, design, and driving online engagement, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you will:

• Design Creation: Create engaging, on-brand visual assets (static and dynamic) for a range of platforms and purposes, including websites, social media, email marketing, posters, presentations, and other digital and print materials.
• Daily Social Media Management: Manage the company’s social media presence across various platforms, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and others; develop a social media calendar; generate content ideas; create visual assets (static and dynamic); write post copy; publish content; and monitor performance and engagement analytics.
• Email Marketing Management: Manage email campaigns by creating and segmenting audience lists, preparing and sending targeted communications through several of the company’s email marketing platforms, and monitoring campaign performance and analytics.
• Daily Web Management: Manage and maintain website content by creating, updating, editing, and removing pages and information; uploading assets; ensuring alignment with brand guidelines; and monitoring basic web performance and analytics.
• Digital Advertising Management: Create and manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other platforms. Together with the team, analyse and optimise ads to ensure they meet performance targets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the entire M&C team and other departments to align design and digital marketing efforts with broader business strategies.

You are our perfect candidate if you have:

• At least 3 years of proven experience in design and digital marketing
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) for creating visually compelling content
• Experience with web content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, or others)
• Good knowledge of and hands-on experience with digital platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing tools, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• A creative, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making

Skills considered a bonus:

• Experience in SEO and/or SEM
• Passion for photography and/or video creation

Our offer:

The monthly gross base salary for this position ranges from EUR 2600 to EUR 3000. Actual compensation depends on the candidate’s qualifications and skills.
