What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial or business partner capacity.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, talent management, and data-driven decision making.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, organizational development, and change management.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
