Job Title: Assistant Manager – HR Talent and Capability, Beauty & Well-Being India

Key Responsibilities

- Capability Building & Learning Transformation
- Own the end-to-end capability agenda for Beauty & Wellbeing Marketing, driving the design, deployment, and impact measurement of learning interventions aligned to business priorities and future skill requirements.
- Lead capability diagnostics and skill assessments against global B&W role frameworks, identifying capability gaps and translating insights into targeted upskilling strategies and learning roadmaps.
- Independently manage the deployment of the Beauty Academy in partnership with global stakeholders, overseeing annual learning cycles, capability KPIs, program planning, deployment milestones, and learner engagement.
- Design and continuously evolve the Beauty & Wellbeing induction experience, ensuring accelerated onboarding and capability ramp-up for new talent entering the organization.
- Drive innovation in learning methodologies by leveraging digital, AI-enabled, and scalable learning solutions to enhance adoption and business impact.
2. Talent , Engagement & Strategic People Initiatives
- Lead the design and execution of Talent and engagement initiatives that strengthen connectivity, collaboration, inclusion, and a high-performance mindset across the Beauty ecosystem.
- Partner with senior business and functional leaders to identify engagement priorities and translate them into impactful people interventions.
- Independently manage key people and organization projects within B&W India , driving delivery from concept through execution while ensuring strong stakeholder management and communication.
- Use employee insights, engagement data, and external best practices to continuously evolve talent initiatives and act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, influencing decision-making and ensuring alignment between people priorities and business objectives.

- AI & Creative Pathfinder
- Use AI and creative tools (Canva and beyond) to turn briefs into polished outputs fast.
- Find repeatable, tech-enabled ways to scale training and engagement across a large, dispersed ecosystem - building self-serve content and tools so the team delivers more without scaling headcount.

What we're looking for
- Atleast 7+ years of experience in Capability Building/ Learning & Development/Talent, or related people-focused roles.
- High ownership mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Genuinely curious and quick to learn, with a bias for action.
- Fluent and playful with AI and creative tools - instinctively reaches for tech to work faster and smarter.
- Early-career professional looking to build broad HR capability in a dynamic beauty org.
